What was recovered

Your records existed in two generations. The newer ones store details in proper fields. The older ones had everything written into the page itself — things like Hometown: Dayton, Ohio buried in the HTML. When the site was rebuilt years ago, that older information was left behind and stopped showing up anywhere.

We pulled it back out and merged it in. That roughly doubled how many animals have a hometown on file (63 → 172), and recovered temperament, health notes and special needs for about 55 more.

Nothing here was guessed. Every field came from your actual content. Where something is blank, it was genuinely blank — we didn't fill gaps by reading file names or web addresses. Anything uncertain is on the Questions page instead.
